Travelbase – Travel Survey

Article 1: Organizer
The company Travelbase, whose registered office is located at Sassevaartstraat 42, 9000 Ghent, is organizing a free contest with no purchase necessary entitled “Travel Survey”, running from November 13, 2025, to December 12, 2025 inclusive.

Article 2: Participants
This contest is open to any individual of legal age, except employees of the organizing company, their families, and anyone who participated in the development of the contest.

Article 3: Participation
To participate, entrants must complete the “Travel Survey” published online by Travelbase between November 13, 2025, and December 12, 2025 inclusive. Only one entry per person (same name, same email address) will be accepted throughout the duration of the contest.

Article 4: Prizes
The prizes offered are as follows:

• 1 trip to Namibia for one person (base package without options, flights excluded) in 2026

Article 5: Winner Selection
A random draw will be conducted on December 12, 2025, among all participants who have correctly completed the survey. Winners will be notified by email at the address provided during their participation.

Article 6: Prize Delivery
Prizes will be sent to the postal address provided by the participants. In case of undelivered mail, the prize will remain available for 15 days. After this period, the winner will lose any claim to it.
Winners agree to accept the prizes as awarded, without the possibility of exchange for cash or any other goods or services.

Article 7: Use of Personal Data
Participants’ information is collected and used by Travelbase to record their entry and facilitate prize distribution.
Participants may, for legitimate reasons, object to the processing of their personal data. They also have the right to object to their data being used for marketing purposes outside the scope of this contest. This right can be exercised upon registration by writing to Travelbase at the address listed in Article 1.

Article 8: Intellectual Property
The reproduction, representation, or exploitation of any part of the contest or these rules is strictly prohibited.

Article 9: Liability
The organizer cannot be held responsible in cases of force majeure or circumstances beyond its control. Travelbase reserves the right to modify the prizes, suspend, cancel, or extend the contest if necessary or at its discretion.

Article 10: Disputes and Claims
These rules are governed by French, Belgian, and Dutch law. The organizer reserves the right to settle, without appeal, any issues regarding the interpretation or application of these rules.
No claims regarding the contest procedures, results, prizes, or their receipt will be accepted more than one month after the end of the contest.
Except in the case of obvious errors, the data recorded by Travelbase’s systems shall prevail in the event of a dispute.
 

Any claim must be submitted within one month after the end of the contest to Travelbase. After this period, no claims will be accepted.
