During the hike, you won’t come across many restaurants or supermarkets. However, you'll regularly pass by a hut where you can grab something to eat or drink. At the huts where you'll be staying overnight, breakfast and dinner are included. On the night you camp in a tent, we'll provide a freeze-dried "just add hot water" meal for both dinner and breakfast.
We recommend bringing enough food for the daytime. Make sure to pack plenty of snacks like nuts and dried fruit to keep your energy levels up. You can also purchase a food pack from us for €65. This food pack includes a cooking set (cooking pot, gas burner, and gas canister) and the right amount of freeze-dried meals (mainly for lunch). Don't forget to bring a lighter and reusable cutlery or a long spoon.
Additionally, make sure to bring your own water bottles. Ensure you can carry at least 2 liters of water. You can refill your water bottles at the huts.
